Ever since I was little, I remember always wanting to be in sales. It all started with my Mom, who was the best sales person I've ever met. She taught me the basic values and principles of sales, which are honesty, integrity and honor.
Since then I have had a passion for sales. This passion has driven me throughout my sales career to want to always learn new and better ways of bringing value, professionalism and unsurpassed accountability to the most important people in my professional life - my customers.
Now, I have my own company called The Sales Effect, which is devoted to elevating and strengthening sales teams in a grassroots capacity. This leads to truly remarkable and sustainable performance for the businesses we serve.
The Sales Effect also specializes in the recruitment of sales professionals. In fact, we do not recruit for any other positions other than those in sales because we wish to stay true to our market. Our approach is very unorthodox but yields extraordinary results for both the businesses we serve and the applicants we represent.
To sum it up, I started this company because I was tired of sales being taught by cue cards, scripts, and people who never actually did what they taught. The Sales Effect is not an evolution of sales training - it is a revolution of sales training!
